There are two monthly plans for merchants, the ‘PRO’ which costs $49.95 per month and the ‘ADVANCED’ which is $99.95 per month. These plans both include credit card processing, recurring bill set up, customer management and appointment scheduling and e-Commerce. The advanced option has added API integration, multiple location support and a dedicated account manager. Things To Note

Overall PaySimple has a good rating and is considered to be a solid performer in the payment processing industry. The Better Business Bureau has given PaySimple an A+ rating since 2015. The only negative that can be found, is the confusion as to whether the company locks in merchants with service contracts. Even though this in not generally advertised on their website it has been noted that under certain circumstances you would be required to sign a lengthy contract, with cancellation fees, if you decide to terminate this agreement. It appears that the company is now a reseller of Bancard contracts which is possibly the reason behind this procedure. More transparency in this regard is needed, and to be on the safe side, merchants are advised to err on the side of caution when signing up.
