Zoho Meeting has 3 plans. The first plan is free and allows you to have up to 3 agents and includes email, web form, domain mapping, priority SLA, agent and manager dashboards, ticket overview and team feed amongst others. The second plan is the Professional which starts at $12 per agent per month, billed annually. For one host and 100 participants you would pay $49 per meeting. This includes all the features from the free version plus multi-channel support, department management, cloud telephony, advanced reports and dashboards and much more. The Enterprise package starts at around $30 per agent and offers all the features offered by Zoho Meetings. Note that all prices quoted are paid annually. The monthly prices are 20% more expensive.
